I know virtually nothing about this woman, except her name is Minda, she's from Austin, TX, and she met Howie at a club. They dated for a few weeks, then they got into a fight and Howie ended it. That's about it. Here's a picture of Minda and one of Howie (supposedly) with Minda.

A girl named Jennifer has been linked with Howie and it's true. Howie used to go out with Jennifer way in the beginning of the Backstreet Boys, around the same time Brian was going out with Samantha Stonebraker.
